Privacy policy
How this website handles personal data — and, for the most part, why it does not collect any. Written to match what the site actually does, not a template.
Who is responsible
The data controller is FAST SRL, VAT no. IT02026290698, registered office at Viale Cappuccini 294, 66034 Lanciano (CH), Italy.
For anything concerning this notice or your personal data, write to amministrazione@pulymax.it.
This site uses no cookies
No cookies are set on your device — not technical ones, not analytics, not profiling. There is no analytics or session-recording tool of any kind.
Every resource the page loads, including the fonts, is served from this same domain. Your browser contacts no third party in order to display it. This is why you were not asked to accept anything: there is nothing to consent to.
What we collect
Nothing, through the site itself. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no registration area.
We only ever hold what you choose to send us directly — by telephone, by email or over WhatsApp — such as your name, contact details and whatever you tell us about the work you need.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger, which acts as our data processor. Like any web server, theirs records each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string.
These logs exist for security and fault diagnosis. They are kept by the provider under its own retention policy and we do not use them to build profiles or to identify visitors.
The WhatsApp button
The WhatsApp button is an ordinary link to wa.me. Nothing loads from Meta while you are on this site — but if you click it you leave for WhatsApp, and from that point Meta's own privacy terms apply to the conversation.
Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiries and preparing a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
- Keeping the site secure and working — Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and are then deleted. Where a contract follows, the data is kept for the periods Italian tax and civil law require.
Who else sees it
Your data is not sold, published or passed on for marketing. It may be handled by parties who work for us under contract — the hosting provider, the email provider, our accountants — acting as processors on our instructions.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. Write to amministrazione@pulymax.it; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If what the site does changes, this notice changes with it, and the date below changes too.
